Halifax, Canada Matrix Labour Leasing Ltd. Full time

Matrix is urgently hiring local labourers for a long term project in Halifax, NS. Overtime may be offered each week (but not guaranteed).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- General cleaning of shops, facility, on projects and anywhere else needed
- Help with setting up for specified work on a vessel or in the shop
- Helping with care and preservation, performing fire watch and confined watch duties
- Assisting in docking and undocking vessels
- Surface preparation & Coating (i.e. Solvent Cleaning, Hand Tool Cleaning, Power Tool Cleaning, and Power Tool Cleaning to Bare Metal)
- Assisting others wherever assistance is needed

**Requirements**:

- A pre-employment Government Security Clearance/background check will need to be completed
- Full PPE+Fit Tested Respirator Mask

**Qualifications**:

- Fall Protection
- WHMIS
- Forklift Ticket (asset but not required)
- HSE Orientation
- ISI Medium Voltage Cable Training
- ISI Lockout Tage Training
- ISI Security Orientation (In Person)
