**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various tasks within our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

**Duties**
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in labor or construction work is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the day.
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of safety practices related to construction or labor work is a plus.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
