**Job Overview**

As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and those with disabilities, ensuring their comfort and safety while promoting independence. This position requires a nurturing attitude and the ability to respond to the unique needs of each client.

**Duties**
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety during movement.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Support clients with dementia care or hospice care as needed, following specific care plans.
- Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in home care, senior care, or patient care is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of medication administration and basic healthcare practices is advantageous.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in nursing home settings is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Certification in CPR/First Aid is beneficial but not required at the time of hire; training will be provided.
