**Job Summary**:Supervise all Quality staff including team leaders, technicians, and inspectors. Ensure all employees follow company policies including quality, environmental, health and safety, and human resource policies. Responsible for training all production employees and ensuring competency. Assist management by providing production reports.

**Knowledge and Skills (Education)**:

- College diploma **and/or** combination of Grade 12 with minimum 3 years of hands-on Supervisory experience in a related field
- Good working knowledge of assembly and welding operations
- Excellent English Communication Skills (oral and written)
- Basic knowledge of computer skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations

**Major Accountabilities**:

- Provide guidance and instruction to Quality Assurance Technicians
- Implement and maintain the quality system to support QS 9000 requirements.
- Audit the quality system.
- Review all PPAP packages.
- Source and track check fixture builds
- Programming of CMM.
- Interprets GD&T for CMM data fits.
- Transfer of CMM data to lotus.
- Oversee the 8D tracking program.
- Develop relationships with key customer contacts.
- Ensure that the Advanced Product Quality Planning and Control Plan requirements are followed for each new part launch.
- Attend launch meetings to track the introduction of new product.
- Supervisors are responsible for the regular oversight, completion and monitoring of Environmental Management Program tasks related to their assigned areas of responsibility.

- Must use or wear Personal Protective Equipment and certain clothing as required by the Company.
