We are hiring a **Concierge Manager** for our **Oshawa **location. We are currently looking for energetic, highly motivated and results driven associates, who enjoy providing exceptional service to customers and have leadership qualities that can drive the team

As a **Concierge Manager** in a busy environment, you will be given the opportunity to grow and develop and to make an impact while working for a high performing organization. You will be responsible for ensuring an amazing customer service experience and welcoming environment for our clients. You will also be responsible for motivating employees to achieve their pre-established goals and support them in their professional development.

**Your main responsibilities are to**:

- Create and maintain a store environment, which invites and welcomes Guests into our facility
- Provide superior customer service and an exceptional shopping experience, which will ensure long-term relationships with Guests
- Stimulate sales through leadership skills; support the development of store staff to foster a positive and knowledgeable team to serve the Guests and achieve sales targets
- Provide coaching and counseling to staff as needed
- Comply with company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction, achieve store objectives and control shrinkage to maximize profits;
- Performing and documenting routine inspection and cleanliness of the store
- Take pride in the appearance of the store (stocking, sweeping, dusting) to ensure that the facility is always well maintained and appropriate for guests
- Accomplish additional tasks as needed.
- You are a leader by nature and proven ability to exceed goals
- You have a real desire to know about storage solutions and home décor
- You have proven selling skills and your experience in other retail environments is definitely a bonus
- You exhibit strong communication, organizational and relationship building skills
- You are self-motivated and driven with a talent for excellent customer service.
- You are well-organized with a disciplined ability to follow through.
- You are able to time manage and work in a fast paced environment
- You are able to delegate tasks efficiently and stay organized while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- You understanding the important of punctuality, supporting team members and working together with your team
