**Minimum Weekly Commitment**:15 hours

As a server at LilChef Bistro, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. We are hiring for multiple positions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Service**: Greet guests warmly, present menus, and answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and pricing.
- **Order Management**: Take accurate orders from guests and communicate them effectively to kitchen staff.
- **Delivery & Presentation**: Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- **Payment Processing**: Handle payments, operate cash registers, and balance cash drawers.
- **Cleanliness & Maintenance**: Maintain a clean and organised work area, including tables, service stations, and dining areas.
- **Dishwashing.**At our restaurant it is mainly the responsibility of the server to clean the dishes.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other staff members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role is preferred, but not required..
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
