Due to increased volume in Sales, Roadway Auto Regina is expanding its sales team. We are looking for well-spoken and enthusiastic individuals to help market our diverse product line of vehicles. Our non-commission pay plan is aggressive and rewarding. What we offer -Base salary + volume-based bonus, Paid Vacation, Health and Dental insurance, and Industry-leading training. Opportunity or career path to management positions.
Previous sales or call center experience would be an asset but is not required. Roadway Auto will provide its employees with a complete training program. A valid Saskatchewan driver's license is required.
**Main Objectives**
- Converting showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and interests, and matching them to the most appropriate car.
- Negotiating terms and payment options with clients
- Keeping all sales records stored for inventory processing
- Accompanying clients on test drives
- Assessing the value of trade-in vehicles.
- Preparing all sales or lease paperwork and ensuring these will be processed and stored accordingly.
- Understanding the characteristics, capabilities, and features of all cars, and providing the potential customer with detailed information, including comparing different competitive models.
**Requires skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Class 5 Driver's License
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong product knowledge with skills to properly relay information to clients
- Excellent ability to read consumers and gauge their product needs
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain a good relationship with them
- A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude.
Pay: $3,106.70-$6,920.35 per month
