**Company Description**

WB Melback Corporation is a company that provides Project Management and General Contractor Services to the Mining, Forestry and Energy Sectors specializing in large and small scale construction services, and are looking to fill positions for projects across Canada.

The Project is located in Wawa, Ontario. The work schedule is three and one rotation, working Mondays to Saturdays. Some of the knowledge and experience required for this position includes, but is not limited to, the following:
**_Key Responsibilities_**_　　 _**
- Maintain and verify provided control network.
- Ensure equipment is maintained and calibrated.
- Coordinate and undertake planning and implementation of survey requirements to facilitate construction activities.
- Maintain accurate survey records and documentation.
- Provide layout at various stages of construction.
- Monitoring, organize and manage survey operations and personnel.
- Provide clear communication with client in a professional manner.
- Manage information and digital records.

**_Required Knowledge and Experience _**
- Post-secondary education in Surveying, Geomatics or Civil Engineering.
- Knowledge of survey practices and standard.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial/machine installation experience would be considered an asset.
- Strong computer skills and proficient in the use of office, data, surveying, and engineering-based software.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of engineering design and survey methods.
- GPS and Total station experience required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.

**Salary**: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
