**Job Duties**:

- Oversee and coordinate sales staff;
- Assign duties and prepare work schedules for full-time, part-time and contract workers;
- Approve payments and the return of merchandise;
- Solve problems, such as customer complaints and products shortages;
- Maintain inventory and order merchandise;
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, product supply and human resources;
- Assist with areas of the company’s online sales, such as scheduling workers to fulfill orders for pick up or delivery;
- Hire, train or arrange training of new sales staff;
- Conduct sales staff performance reviews;
- Address problems with workers;
- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs;
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.

**Skills requirements**:

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years;
- Must be able to work under the following conditions:

- Fast-paced environment;
- Work under pressure;
- Tight deadlines;
- Manual dexterity;
- Attention to detail.
