We are looking for a motivated, passionate, obsessed individual to be work in our client services department completing casework while paired with a Lawyer. This is a role for someone with strong background of office-related skills, whether or not it was in a legal setting. We need someone to take responsibility for:

- Owning responsibility for administrative aspects of legal cases
- Raising the bar for exceptional client experience (through rapid service and helping the legal team deliver results)
- Crushing projects to help us increase our exposure to clients

While we are more interested in you matching our core values as a law firm, taking over our front office operations means being great with computers and would involve:

- Executing daily legal-admin task work (correspondence, drafting, writing)
- Status updates to clients
- Legal documents filing
- Deadline tracking
- Proactive file troubleshooting
- Helping lawyers move cases forward to get great results for our clients

- 8 hour shift
