**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Install windows and doors according to specifications and building codes.
- Restore existing window and door frames as needed to ensure proper fit and function.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for installation tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine installation requirements.
- Perform tile laying, drywall installation, and flooring installation as part of renovation projects.
- Weld components when necessary to ensure structural integrity during installations.
- Plumb installations to ensure they are level and properly aligned.
- Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress and address any concerns promptly.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to window/door installation.
- Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Experience with drywall installation, flooring installation, tile laying, and restoration techniques.
- Ability to weld components for enhanced durability of installations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.64-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

**Experience**:

- Construction: 3 years (required)
- Caulking: 3 years (required)
- Carpentry: 3 years (required)
- Window and Doors Installation: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
