Key Responsibilities:

- Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing glass office partition installation projects across North America.
- Organize project schedules, track deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to facilitate clear communication and project alignment.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and status updates.
- Support site visits by coordinating logistics and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and maintaining strong relationships.
- Monitor project progress and assist in resolving issues to keep projects on track and within budget.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in the construction, glazing, or related industry.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office, or similar tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
