Chudleigh's Apple Farm Is looking for a **Retail Supervisor** to join our team for the summer and fall season **Availability: May 29th until October 31st.**

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Retail Supervisor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Knowledge and passion for providing exceptional customer service experiences
- Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude within a busy environment
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- 7Shifts Scheduling App, Revel POS experience is an asset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays/event days when necessary
- Smart Serve Certification is an asset

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Actively participate in the seasonal opening and closing of the farm,
- Forecast and order all inventory needed
- Develop and maintain SOPs for the retail/pantry department
- Leading and supporting the orientation for retail/pantry operations as well as training of all new employees
- Creating schedules based on business needs
- Prioritizes customer service above all else to achieve the highest standards of customer satisfaction and positive reviews
- Visual merchandising of products
- Weekly cycle inventory counts, reconciles entries with inventory on hand, controls and records any waste
- Other duties as assigned
