Building Manager

Some of the required tasks of our property manager are as listed but not limited to:

- Advertise and rent apartment units.
- Complete paperwork required by head office (ie., move out reports, security deposit reports, leases, etc.)
- Bank deposits if needed.
- Screen and conduct background checks on prospective tenants.
- Fill out leases and renewing leases.
- Facilitate tenant relations and manage building emergencies if needed.
- Sell laundry tokens to building tenants.
- Perform routine vacant unit inspections.
- Hand out notices when required.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- On call

- Bonus pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stettler, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
