Ten years ago, I became a quadriplegic. My life's direction changed, and since then, hard work and determination allowed me to become a highly functioning mother of two. I'm searching for someone to join me in my journey, who can assist with not only the day to day care for myself and my two young boys, but be an extension of things I would be doing if able bodied.

We hire a good fit for the family, so no certification is required. Potential to make up to $29/hr.

Duties include:

- Assisting with all daily tasks of personal care and hygiene of highly functioning quadriplegic
- Housekeeping and light gardening
- Meal prep & errands
- Assist with care, education and entertainment of two young children
- Must have valid driver's license, be willing to provide a background check and obtain passport for travel with the family.

- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Impeccable work ethic and be able to work independently in a fast paced environment

This position is funded through the Direct Funding Program, made possible by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
