Receptionist

We are looking for a Part Time receptionist to help support a busy plumbing company. As our clients first point of contact you are responsible to provide helpful, friendly and professional service. A proactive mindset, customer service demeanor, an eye for details, and a willingness to support the team will ensure your success with us.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system in a cordial, professional and timely manner.
- Provide answers to caller’s inquiries and if assistance is needed, transfer to appropriate party.
- Manage the daily and ongoing schedule for the service team including dispatching service calls, updating and managing the appointment tracker.
- Managing the ongoing client maintenance calendars, including reaching out to clients to schedule work.
- Help with the organization and co-ordination of the office, vehicles and equipment.
**Qualifications**:
- College or university diploma/degree in a relevant field of study, asset but not required.
- Solution and client service oriented.
- Tech savvy with proven commitment to efficiency and continuous learning.
- Top-of-the-line organizational skills.
- Strong technical skills including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
