Product Manager

OTT Pay is part of the OTT Financial Group. We are the leading Canadian company enabling businesses to accept QR code-based digital payment methods such as WeChat Pay, Alipay, and China UnionPay. We also help businesses take payments made with traditional methods such as Visa and Mastercard. In addition, we provide value-added services such as marketing and e-commerce through our platforms and other partners. We have completed Series C funding.

We are looking for 2 **Product Managers (Card Processing and Bank Processing) **to support our business growth in Toronto. These are full-time, permanent position.

**_ How you will contribute:_**
- Product development: Responsible for overseeing the development of new products or features, working closely with software engineers and designers to ensure that the product meets the company's goals and requirements.
- Customer needs: Ensures that the software product meets the needs of the company's customers. They conduct market research to identify customer needs and then translate those needs into product features and requirements.
- Product roadmap: The product manager works with the team to build the product roadmap that outlines the product's development plan, including timelines, milestones, and priorities. This roadmap guides the development team and ensures that the product is developed on time and on budget.
- Product launch: The software product manager is responsible for launching the product and ensuring that it is successful.
- Product performance: Once the product is launched, the product manager is responsible for monitoring its performance and making necessary adjustments. They analyze user data to identify areas for improvement and work with the development team to make changes to the product.

**_ What you bring to the table:_**
- Min 3+ years experience in the Product Manager role, in projects ranging from small to large scale (Agile and Waterfall environment)
- Experience in FINTECH, payment processing, card processing, POS terminals, process integration, or related product management
- Must have experience in digital payments or within the credit card industry, knowledge of North America credit cards is a significant asset
- Advanced to expert knowledge of SDLC, business analysis, project delivery best practices and standards across the project life cycle
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Demonstratable experience in project rollout, end to end, from product requirements to rollout.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision, contribute to a positive work environment, and manage multiple assignments with competing priorities successfully.
- Able to effectively communicate (verbally and non-verbally) by generating an action, informing, creating understanding and consensus, or communicating a certain idea/point.
