**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY**:
**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**:
- Ability to follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Ensure product quality and freshness of ingredients.
- Have an understanding of cooking methods/procedures and knife handling skills
- Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Must be organized and self-motivated
- Ensure a well-stocked workstation and meet prep times to ensure a smooth working shift
- Maintain a clean workstation area, including kitchen equipment, tables, and shelves
- Comply with applicable sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards
- Must be able to stand, bend, stretch, and lift and carry heavy material
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line supervisor, KM, or GM
**Salary**: $15.50-$21.28 per hour
