**Principales Responsabilités**:

- Fournir un excellent service client et établir des relations solides avec nos clients.
- Recevoir et traiter avec précision les commandes des clients en temps opportun.
- Gérer les tâches quotidiennes, y compris les demandes des clients, les appels entrants et la saisie des commandes.
- Faire des appels de suivi sortants aux clients existants pour des opportunités potentielles de vente croisée et de vente incitative.

**Qualifications**:

- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); l'expérience est un atout.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with our clients.
- Accurately receive and process customer orders in a timely manner.
- Handle day-to-day tasks, including customer inquiries, incoming calls, and order entry.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients for potential cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

**Compensation**:
