**Join Our Team as a Dental Receptionist**

Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity in the dental field? Our beautiful dental practice is seeking a friendly and organized individual to join us as a Dental Receptionist.

**About Us**:
At Sky Dental, we love our team We are looking for that special person to join us in our values to foster a positive environment and creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

We like to be very organized and have good systems in place that require high attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel welcome
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's schedule
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Verify insurance information and process payments
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the dental team
- Communicate with office managers and doctors to ensure the smooth operation of the office
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- _**Have a great personality and have a fit aligned with our values**_
- _**Previous experience in a dental or health office preferred**_
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- _**Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities**_
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with dental software (e.g., Cleardent) is a plus
- _**Have great etiquette and interpersonal skills**_
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Possess strong technological skills and an understanding of computer programs

**How to Apply**:
If you are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume and ideally a cover letter explaining why you would be a great fit for this position. One to two Saturdays each month required.

Pay: $17.30-$31.10 per hour
