**About Roots and Tales Clinic**

Roots and Tales Clinic is a dedicated child and family clinic committed to supporting the mental health and well-being of families in our community. We provide a nurturing environment where both children and adults can grow together through professional therapeutic and coaching services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide **individual ADHD coaching sessions**, focusing on skill-building strategies (organization, time management, focus, and self-regulation).
- Lead psychotherapy sessions with children, adolescents, and adults addressing emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges connected to ADHD and co-occurring conditions.
- Develop individualized session plans and interventions tailored to client needs and goals.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and our multidisciplinary team (OT, SLP, ABA, psychotherapy) to ensure integrated care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
- Support clients in setting measurable goals and tracking progress over time.

**Qualifications**
- Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying (RPQ) with the **College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)**, in good standing.
- Specialized training or significant experience in **ADHD coaching and/or executive function coaching**.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of direct clinical or coaching experience with children, adolescents, or adults.
- Strong understanding of ADHD, executive functioning challenges, and evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
