**The Opportunity**

As our **Food & Beverage Supervisor**, you’ll be a visible, hands-on leader who keeps service humming and standards high across the restaurant, express counter, and course service. You’ll coach an engaged team, smooth out the rush, and help turn great days on the course into great nights in the clubhouse.

**What you’ll do**
- **Own the floor**: Lead FOH service across outlets; jump in where needed; handle guest needs and recoveries with grace.
- **Coach a great team**: Run tight pre-shifts, support scheduling, onboard new hires, and provide live coaching that raises the bar.
- **Shine on big days**: Coordinate F&B for tournaments and special events; ensure set-ups are crisp and breakdowns are efficient.
- **Keep us sharp**: Uphold service, safety, and liquor-service standards; maintain clean, organized, guest-ready spaces.
- **Mind the numbers**: Monitor par levels, assist with counts and orders, and help control waste without compromising quality.
- **Close the loop**: Support cash-outs/tips, share guest feedback, and contribute ideas that move service forward.

**You’ll thrive here if you**
- Have **2+ years** in a supervisory role (restaurant, hotel, or club).
- Lead with calm urgency, clear communication, and genuine care for your team.
- Know your way around POS, cash-outs, and responsible liquor service.
- Can work a mix of days, evenings, weekends, and event/holiday periods.
- Hold Serve It Right Certificate or are ready to obtain it quickly.
