Working with our stakeholders, which include field staff, clients and owner representatives, our Project Managers are responsible for the delivery and administration of a variety of construction projects. Our Project Managers possess the ability to maintain and manage positive, mutually beneficial working relationships with all stakeholders. Responsibilities include ensuring quality control, project schedule, cost control and contract administration objectives are met. Evaluation, interpretation and management of contract documents and requirements with both owners and trade contractors are a critical element of the Project Managers responsibilities. - Superior communication skills - A demonstrated track record in project management of commercial construction projects. - At least 5 years of construction industry experience in project management with responsibility for project delivery. - Post-secondary education with a diploma (certificate) in Architectural or Civil Technology is preferred.
