**Position Details**:
**In this role you will**:

- Renew expired memberships & sell new memberships
- Solicit upgrades and add-ons to existing memberships
- Secure ACCR (Express Renewal) on credit card sales
- Manage call flow in conjunction with navigating screens.
- Provide first call resolution to address all Member concerns
- Accountable for Quality & Sales targets, and adhering to contract center metrics
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Completion of post secondary education
- 1 year experience in sales environment
- Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of diverse situations
- Excellent customer service skills - interpersonal, phone etiquette, active listening/empathy, etc.
- Strong sales aptitude
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent organizational skills
- multi-tasking
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Familiar with working in pressure environments
- Available to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays and must be available to attend all scheduled training
- Paid training for this position is on a schedule of 9-5 EST Monday to Friday for 4 weeks before moving to a varied work schedule
