**Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide high-quality early childhood education tailored to individual needs
- Support children through specialized activities and accommodations
- Assist in planning and implementing engaging lesson plans aligned with educational standards
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members regarding progress and needs
- Maintain accurate documentation of student development and classroom activities
- Prepare educational materials, and manage classroom records
- Support classroom organization by managing supplies and maintaining cleanliness
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for child engagement and learning enhancement

**Skills**
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills in Farsi/Dari are highly desirable
- Experience working with children, particularly in early childhood education or special education settings
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and team members
- Knowledge of childcare best practices and understanding of working with children with disabilities
- Ability to teach, guide, and support children's developmental needs
- Excellent organizational skills for managing classroom activities and documentation
- Time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Leadership qualities to support team collaboration and child supervision
- Writing skills for accurate record keeping and reporting

**Experience**:

- full time ECE: 1 year + (required)

**Language**:

- English fluently (required),Farsi/Dari/Arabic (preferred)

**Certification**:

- Infant Toddler Certification (preferred)
- ECE (required)
