**Main responsibilities**:

- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on all buildings (inn, restaurant, bar, and staff housing).
- Repair and maintain heating, plumbing, electrical, ventilation, and appliances.
- Perform building upkeep (interior and exterior), including painting, carpentry, flooring, and renovation work.
- Keep outdoor areas safe and functional (snow removal in winter, seasonal upkeep in summer).
- Conduct regular inspections and promptly report major issues.
- Coordinate certain work with contractors or suppliers when required.
- Support inventory tracking related to maintenance and equipment.
- Document all interventions and ensure proper follow-up with management.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Significant experience in building maintenance (minimum 3 years in a similar role).
- Strong knowledge in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
- Autonomy and organizational skills: able to plan, prioritize, and structure work effectively.
- Leadership and sense of responsibility: able to work independently while coordinating with the team.
- Reliability and rigor in managing inventories and documentation.
- Good physical condition and ability to work in a northern remote environment.
- Valid driver’s license.
- **English mandatory** (French is an asset).

**Vos responsabilités principales**:

- Assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective des bâtiments (auberge, restaurant, bar et logements du personnel).
- Réparer et entretenir les systèmes de chauffage, plomberie, électricité, ventilation et électroménagers.
- Effectuer l’entretien des bâtiments (intérieur et extérieur), incluant peinture, menuiserie, revêtements et travaux de rénovation.
- Maintenir les espaces extérieurs sécuritaires et fonctionnels (déneigement en hiver, entretien saisonnier en été).
- Effectuer des inspections régulières et signaler les problématiques majeures.
- Coordonner certains travaux avec des fournisseurs ou sous-traitants lorsque nécessaire.
- Participer au suivi des inventaires liés à la maintenance et au bon fonctionnement des équipements.
- Documenter les interventions et assurer le suivi auprès de la direction.

**Profil recherché**:

- Expérience significative en maintenance de bâtiments (au moins 3 ans dans un rôle similaire).
- Connaissances solides en plomberie, électricité, menuiserie et systèmes mécaniques.
- Autonomie et sens de l’organisation : capable de planifier, prioriser et structurer ses interventions.
- Leadership discret et sens des responsabilités : apte à travailler de façon indépendante tout en coordonnant avec l’équipe.
- Rigueur et fiabilité dans le suivi des inventaires et de la documentation.
- Bonne condition physique et capacité à travailler dans un environnement nordique.
- Permis de conduire valide.
