We are a leader in innovative smart waste technology and value-added solutions from coast to coast. As we continue our growth trajectory, we are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and driven individual to join our Finance team as a Billing Coordinator.

Reporting to the Billing Supervisor, the Billing Coordinator will be responsible for auditing vendor invoices in accordance with the related service contracts and billing out the required charges on client invoices.

**Responsibilities**:

- Audit vendor invoices
- Read and understand hauling service contracts
- Create client invoices at contracted pricing
- Answer billing related questions from clients
- Work collaboratively with the Financial Controller and all other Waste Solutions Canada team members
- Ad hoc project work
- Various finance duties as needed

**Requirements**:

- Accounting related degree or diploma and +1 year of equivalent experience preferred
- Experience working with CAD and USD considered an asset
- High attention to detail
- Able to operate in a fast paced environment
- Ability to shift priorities on short notice
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Collaborates and works well other team members
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of other Microsoft Office software (Word, One Note, etc.)
- Experience working in accounting software (Xero preferred)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
