**What are your contributions to the team?**:
**Digital Strategy Development**
- Collaborate with leadership to define and refine the digital transformation strategy aligned with business goals
- Develop business cases for new initiatives and present for approval
- Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to identify opportunities for digital innovation

**Program Planning and Execution**
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for digital transformation initiatives
- Prioritize portfolio of initiatives in conjunction with the deployment of Operational Excellence and IT to ensure strategic alignment and desired business outcomes

**Stakeholder Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate project updates, challenges, and successes to leadership and key stakeholders regularly

**Risk Management**
- Identify potential risks and issues related to digital initiatives and develop mitigation strategies
- Proactively address challenges to ensure project success

**Performance Measurement**
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess the performance of digital transformation projects
- Provide insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization and improvement

**How to thrive in this role?**:

- You have a proven experience of at least five (5) years as a Project/ Program Manager, leading digital transformation initiatives in a similar industry
- You possess a Business degree. Having an MBA or a PMP would be considered an asset
- You have a proven ability to develop and capitalize on new business opportunities, set business goals, develop business cases and deliver on plans
- You have excellent facilitation and communication skills in both English and French, including strong written skills in both languages
- You hold excellent project management and organizational skills
- You think quickly and creatively in a fast-moving and changing business context
