Description

The head cashier manages the cash area and the cashiers while ensuring an exceptional and attentive customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the team of cashiers
- Ensure the training of new cashiers
- Responsible for the photo department
- Ensure the performance of all tasks related to balancing the cash
- Maintain and order supplies
- Perform various orders
- Manage returns and surplus merchandise
- Manage expired products
- Keep planograms updated
- Maintain high standards at the cash registers
- Answer phone calls
- Provide exemplary customer service

Requisite skills and knowledge:

- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Accounting skills
- Dynamic, responsible, with interpersonal skills
- Secondary School diploma
- Bilingualism an asset

The position is offered by the pharmacy owner(s).

Education:
None

Experience:
1 to 6 months experience

French Language:
Some knowledge

English Language:
No knowledge
