About the Role:
Your Responsibilities:

- Relationship Management: providing exceptional customer service and strong attention to detail.
- Administrative Tasks: preparing client documentations, scheduling meetings, and handling follow-ups from clients and internal teams.
- Data Entry & Reporting: inputting and updating client information, assisting with account follow-ups/maintenance, as well as reporting as needed.
- Compliance & Confidentiality: ensure that all client interactions and storing of data is in accordance with company policies.
- Additional projects to help grow the business or deliver better client service. This might include, but is not limited to, updating website and marketing content, researching software tools, or maintaining internal KYP and KYC documentation.

Your Qualifications:

- Track record of providing excellent client service and experience in a client facing role (i.e. hospitality, banking, marketing & communications, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Expert level Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks and deadlines, as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
- Must be willing to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and optionally pursue Wealth Management Essentials (WME).
- 1-2 years’ work experience in an office environment is an asset, but not required.

Additional Information concerning the role:

- Primarily In office with limited hybrid opportunities.
- Not necessarily client facing.

Compensation:
Annual base salary of $55,000 to $70,000 depending on experience.
