Your contribution

Reporting to the Manager - Financial Planning and Analysis, you will participate in the production of monthly management, financial and operational reports to support operations in their decision-making process.

Who are we looking for?

Your day-to-day
- Support the coordination of the yearly budget process with Corporate, various business units and shared services;
- Participate in the consolidated financial forecast process and prepare the associated monthly documentation;
- Update the files to track monthly results;
- Update KPI dashboards and targets, prepare related reports;
- Support the preparation of active projects within the team and perform analyses upon demand;
- Act as super-user for the development of reports enabling the sharing of data from the various departments;
- Accomplish all related tasks.

Your skills, our requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration or Finance and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience;
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) title, an asset;
- Experience in a publicly traded Corporation, in corporate financing, or in capital markets, are assets;
- Experience in various currency management, an asset;
- Experience in a Corporation holding multiple entities;
- Knowledge of the accounting cycle management, of variation analysis and monthly results tracking;
- Knowledge of OneStream software, an asset;
- Ability to develop analysis tools with Excel;
- Proficient in French and English, both oral and written.

- The position is based at the company’s head office located in Longueuil, steps away from the Longueuil-Université de Sherbrooke metro station.
