**Job Summary** **Duties** - Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their purchases. - Process transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately. - Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures. - Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. - Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support when necessary. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and merchandise displays. - Assist with merchandising tasks to ensure products are well presented and stocked. - Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism. - Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and improve overall customer experience. **Qualifications** - **Must be 19+ years of age**: - **Must have "Serving it Right" certificate**: - Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. - Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. - Familiarity with technology sales, including product demos and technical sales, is a plus. - Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently. - Strong phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone. - **Ability to work flexible hours**, including evenings and weekends as needed.
