**Job Overview**:
This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The Building Services Specialist will play a key role in keeping properties well-maintained and client needs met with professionalism and care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general renovations and repairs including framing, drywall, plastering, carpentry, and painting.
- Conduct routine inspections of properties, equipment, and fixtures to identify and resolve issues.
- Respond promptly to service requests from clients and management.
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as required.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, time, and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to assess needs and deliver exceptional service.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in building services, renovations, or property maintenance.
- Proficiency in multiple repair techniques including carpentry, trim work, and painting.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management and task prioritization.
- Knowledge of workplace safety protocols.
- Basic computer skills for record keeping and communication.

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
