**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Assemble and install pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures in accordance with specifications.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues or necessary repairs.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
- Weld pipes and fittings as needed for specific installations or repairs.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations during all plumbing work.
- Handle heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment on job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

**Skills**
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems and equipment.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ability to plumb, build, assemble, and install various plumbing components effectively.
- Experience with welding techniques for pipe connections is preferred.
- Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for job tasks.
- A valid commercial driving license is a plus but not mandatory.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $16.00-$50.00 per hour
