**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming
- Assist with site setup, masking, taping, and cleanup
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively (training provided)
- Work closely with team members and follow instructions from crew leads
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

**Qualifications**:

- **Reliable transportation to job sites across the GTA is mandatory**:

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn the trade
- Ability to work well with others and take direction
- Basic experience with tools or construction is an asset
- Punctuality, professionalism, and a positive attitude are essential
- Commitment to job site safety
- **Must be available to start work at 8:00 AM every weekday**

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
