**Duties**
- Greet and seat guests promptly while providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and maximize sales.
- Ensure all food is prepared according to health and safety standards, including proper sanitation practices.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Assist with food preparation as needed during peak hours.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for processing transactions.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of guest services principles and practices within the food industry.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation standards is an asset.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $15.70 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
