Cambridge, Canada Hakim Optical Full time

Hakim Optical is looking for a Licensed Optician for our store in Cambridge.

You must be available to work all retail hours (including evening and weekends). Must have previous Retail/Customer service experience. Must dress to impress. Full time positions **only**. Opportunities for advancement. Salary plus generous commission base.

Qualifications:

- Possess Optician License in province of employment and in good standing
- Maintain current knowledge of lens technologies
- Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Retail sales skills with the ability to present and deliver high quality products
- Fast Learner, quick thinker, adaptable to change, attentive to detail with a positive attitude

Duties Include:

- Office administration and direct billing for insurance
- Eyewear selection, fitting, dispensing and frame repairs
- Conatct lens fitting
- High level of customer service, problem-solving and troubleshooting as required
- Maintaining inventory
- Opening and closing the location
- Maintaning clean and safe work environment
- Check Jobs from lab
