**About the Role**:

- Designing, developing and delivering effective presentation and support materials as required. Ensuring readiness planning is sufficient and effective to meet project timelines and goals.
- Measuring, tracking and reporting on training programs and learning outcomes.
- Embedding organizational change management practices, change readiness and resiliency across the organization. Leading stakeholders in various lines of business to confidently deliver programs to teams and employees impacted by foundational and initiative-based initiatives. Provide coaching, consulting, and facilitation around any and all Advisor and leader-based programs.
- Development, maintenance, implementation, and communication of a Resource Library for sales concepts, compliance training, advisor training and leadership training
- Development of sales tools and resources, including LMS management proficiency, familiarity with CRM systems and management of advisor portal

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Demonstrated experience in leading the development and delivery of advisor training
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Effective coaching and communication skills

**Nice to Haves**:

- Minimum of 5 years of life insurance sales management experience
- Professional designations, ie CLU, CFP, CHS
