**About the Role**:
You will contribute to the overall framework and program standards to ensure on-going quality control for integrated clinical services. You will facilitate communication between clinical service areas and IT, analyzing, prioritizing, and translating user needs and requests regarding clinical information systems with a focus on Medical Imaging systems. The CIS analyzes the impact of IT in clinical work processes, identifies and communicates issues and topics with team members and program management; embraces and promulgates understanding and maintenance of security, confidentiality and integrity of employee, patient, family and overall medical data.

**Typical Daily Duties**:

- Collaborate with partner organizations' RIS/PACS Administrators on troubleshooting, feedback, and ensuring clinically relevant support solutions, including investigating clinical data issues within Philips IntelliSpace PACS.
- Partner with internal Business Analysts to analyze and suggest optimization of clinical workflows in collaborating partner organizations, including identifying and resolving data-related challenges within Philips IntelliSpace PACS and related systems.
- Contribute clinical expertise, specifically for Philips IntelliSpace PACS workflows and functionalities, to the development and delivery of tailored training programs for partner organizations' users.
- Participate in joint troubleshooting and establish clear escalation pathways with the partner organizations' RIS/PACS Administrators, particularly for complex clinical and image-related issues within Philips IntelliSpace PACS.
- Collaborate on creating and maintaining documentation specific to the partner organizations' system configurations, workflows, and procedures for identifying and resolving clinical and image data issues within Philips IntelliSpace PACS.
- Utilize expertise in analyzing clinical data and image management within Philips IntelliSpace PACS to identify root causes of errors, inconsistencies, and reporting anomalies, and implement effective resolutions.

**What we are looking for**:
Knowledge and skills required for this position would be attained through the completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in healthcare-related fields (Such as Public Health, Medicine or Healthcare Administration) or information technology (such as Computer science, Information Systems or Health Informatics). You will also bring 3+ years of experience working in a similar integrated support environment with a focus on Medical Imaging systems. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered also.

**Additional Skills include**:

- Identifying current trends and issues in health care, healthcare informatics and standards, and professional practices associated with the Medical Imaging discipline;
