- Operate various snow removal equipment such as trucks, tractors, scrapers, plows, and other related tools.
- Operate a loader or skid-steer to remove snow from parking lots and commercial properties.
- Shovel and clear snow from walkways, entrances, and other areas inaccessible to machinery.
- Work in challenging weather conditions handling cold temperatures, snowstorms, and day-and-night shifts to keep properties clear.
- Keep detailed records by logging job information such as time, equipment maintenance, and materials used for each task, as required.
- Maintain consistent communication with managers and dispatch.
- **Note**:_Responsibilities may vary based on the specific role hired for and the individual’s skills and experience._

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in operating snow removal equipment is required.
- Reliable and committed to consistent work attendance.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as a part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Safety-oriented with knowledge of and readiness to follow safety protocols.
- Adheres to ethical work habits.
- Willingness to follow directions and adapt as needed.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Clean driver's abstract.
- Valid driver's license.
