**Job Summary**
Onsite - Oakville
The _**Customer Support Specialist**_ will provide excellent service to our customers while reducing the administrative burden on Product Specialists to maximize their efficiency.
**Job Type**:
- Full-time, permanent
- On-site based in our Oakville office (QEW and Winston Churchill Blvd.)
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Follow up on proposals & Opportunities.
- Assist with RMA communications by liaising with our sales team, customers, and partners.
- Support Webstore enquires
- Respond to customer order reminders
- Follow up with suppliers
- Assist with documentation on projects
- Assist the marketing team with content for social media initiatives
**Qualifications you bring to Davis Controls Ltd**:
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience in a similar customer service role is a plus.
- Strong desire to serve customers.
- Experience with MS Office suite (Especially Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Knowledge of instrumentation products
- Result-oriented and able to manage a variable workload.
- Good ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
