- 2 years retail / customer service management experience

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity**Responsibilities**:_
- Ability to work full time including variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays.
- Schedule staff to meet labour targets based on sales and service expectations.
- Monitor store’s P&L and adjust store operations to achieve profitability.
- Hire and develop top-notch awesome staff through effective coaching and training techniques.
- Lead team to achieve store targets for sales, labour, cost of goods and expenses.
- Oversee all day-to-day operations including; merchandising, quality control and systems.
- Greet, welcome and thank each guest. Assist customers in understanding the menu and making selections.
- Lead by example serving our customers and participating in floor operations.
- Make each order according to recipes and Booster Juice standards.
- Serve each customer in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Order, receive and maintain inventory levels based on stores set PAR levels.
- Complete monthly inventory counts.
- Oversee staff performance, training and all daily operations.
- Deal with concerns with employee performance through coaching and performance management techniques.
- Ensure appropriate coverage of the store during regular business hours should an employee fail to show up for a shift that leaves the store in danger of not meeting customer expectations for service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
