Canal Block is searching for a reliable, eager Forklift Operator/ Labourer to work at our block manufacturing facility. Duties include loading and unloading trucks, maintaining the yard, assisting customers, and moving inventory.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any mechanical issues.
- Assist with heavy lifting and ensure proper handling of goods to prevent damage.

Looking to fill the position **immediately**.

**Hours**: Monday - Friday, hours vary. Flexibility in hours is key in this position.

**Rate of Pay**: $20.00 per hour, depending on skills & qualifications

**Qualifications/Requirements**: Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted. As well, must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must have steel toed boots (Green Seal CSA Approved) and high-visibility shirt/jacket.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 3562 Nugent Road, Port Colborne: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Forklift Operator: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Certified Forklift Operator (preferred)
