**Your Role**:
**Day to Day**:

- Proactively monitor admin dashboards
- Collaborate with various teams to establish key performance indicators
- Collaborate with Regional Managers and General Managers to assist with admin training and resources
- Prioritize tasks according to seasonal needs
- Traveling for audits or training
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development Team to pinpoint learning opportunities and resources
- Serve as the primary contact for handling exceptions that don’t adhere to normal procedures
- Conduct regular admin meetings for procedural updates and education

**Required Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in a facility operations or support role
- Experience using Agrosoft in an operational or support role
- Experience managing people or teams
- Thorough knowledge of the crop input and grain business
- Must be able to travel

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary in an Ag-related, Science or Business field and/or certification is considered an asset
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft 365 Application Suite (Word, Excel)
