**About OHTN**
The **Ontario HIV Treatment Network (OHTN)** is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of people living with and at risk of HIV. Since 1998, OHTN has been a pivotal force in using data, evidence, and community partnerships to drive change across Ontario. Collaborating with HIV testing clinics, service organizations, and health policy leaders, OHTN supports the implementation of the province’s HIV strategy, equity-focused care models, and health systems innovation.

**Your Role: Director, People & Culture**
This is a transformative leadership opportunity for someone who thrives on collaboration, is passionate about equity and change management, and knows how to design systems that support both people and performance. You will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, a mentor to managers, and a resource to all staff, ensuring that HR is not only operationally sound but also strategically aligned with OHTN’s broader mission of social impact and health equity.
**What You’ll Do**
- Lead HR strategy and initiatives aligned with OHTN’s mission and values
- Shape an inclusive and equitable workplace by embedding DEI principles across all HR programs
- Guide recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee recognition
- Support change management and workforce transformation
- Advise on employment relations, collective agreements, and conflict resolution
- Oversee payroll, benefits, policies, and HR operations
- Develop talent pipelines, succession planning, and leadership development
- Analyze and report workforce metrics to support evidence-based decision-making
**What You Bring**
- 7-10 years of HR experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles in unionized environments
- Expertise in labour relations, HR compliance, and employee relations
- Deep commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and anti-racism practices
- Strategic thinker with operational know-how and a people-first mindset
- CHRP/CHRL or similar certification is an asset
- Experience in healthcare, non-profit, or social service sectors is a plus
