**Overview**
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused **Furniture Sales & Design Consultant** to join our team. In this role, you'll help customers find the perfect furniture pieces while offering guidance on interior design and home styling. From selecting individual items to coordinating entire room layouts, you'll use your creativity and product knowledge to deliver a great shopping experience.

You’ll play a key role in helping our customers turn their houses into homes.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom
- Recommend furniture and decor based on customer needs, style preferences, and space
- Offer design advice, including layout, color coordination, and furniture pairing
- Drive sales through excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
- Process transactions and manage orders as needed
- Follow up with customers regarding special orders, deliveries, or design projects

**Qualifications**
- **Experience in retail sales, furniture, or interior design** (1+ year preferred)
- **Strong sense of style** with the ability to match furniture pieces to various aesthetics (modern, traditional, etc.)
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills** - able to build rapport and trust with customers
- **Basic knowledge of space planning, color theory, and interior design principles**:

- **Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals**:

- **Strong organizational skills** and attention to detail
- **Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude**:

- **Ability to handle multiple clients and tasks in a fast-paced environment**:

- **Self-motivated** and able to take initiative without constant supervision
- **Ability to lift and move light furniture as needed during showroom work**:

- **Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts** as required in retail

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1,360.00-$5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 48 per week
