IAA, an RB Global, Inc. company, a leading provider of loss recovery services to the insurance industry in Canada, has an opening for a Customer Service Representative I at our facility in West Oshawa, ON

IAA is Canada's leading live and live-online salvage vehicle auction company with auction facilities across British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic Canada. IAA's national service offering allows sellers to standardize processes across the country and provides buyers with Canada's most extensive selection of salvage vehicles. The Customer Service Representative I addresses all customer inquiries under the direction of the Office Supervisor, including all clerical duties needed in the office.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Process orders and assignments
- Enter data into the computer system
- Reference pricing and delivery information
- Perform word processing assignments, filing, and related clerical duties
- Respond to customer questions, complaints, and requests
- Set up new records and maintain existing records
- Perform word processing assignments, filing, and related clerical duties
- Process all necessary paperwork in preparation for auction day, securing necessary approvals
- Performs other duties as assigned

**Education**:

- High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred
- 0-2 years’ previous work experience

**Job Requirements**:

- Able to communicate effectively with customers

- Ability to work independently
- Clear communication skills
- Professional and clean appearance
- 18 years of age or older
