- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience while maximizing sales opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to sanitation and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery to guests.
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining a welcoming environment throughout the restaurant.
- Foster positive guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a server or bartender in a fine dining or nightclub setting is essential.
- Familiarity with OpenTable reservation systems is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and safety practices in the food industry.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing are required.
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality roles will be advantageous.
- Culinary experience is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for food is essential
