As a Detail Manager you will play a key role on our team and be responsible for leading a team of detailing staff to ensure inventory is organized, looked after and duties are performed in timely fashion.

As a Detail Manager you will:

- Coordinate and schedule detail staff to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently
- Have new and used sold vehicles cleaned and detailed for delivery on time and to a very high standard
- Be well versed in detailing, polishing, wet sanding, cut polishing, and engine shampooing, of new and pre-owned vehicles
- Ensure that display vehicles in showroom and outside as well as used cars are cleaned frequently and organized
- Training the team on best practices of detailing
- Working closely with Service Manager and accounting department on opening and closing of work orders on time.
- Managing and responsible for over all productivity of the detail shop
- Offering vehicle detailing services to existing and new clients
- Working in conjunction with lot manager on general upkeep of the lot
- Adhering to the Toyota Touch guidelines
- Possess a valid driver’s licence

- Ability to work outdoors and be on feet for extended periods of time

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Desire to learn and continuously improve
- Vehicle detailing experience an asset
