**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Inventory Associate responsibilities include: _
- _Maintaining and improving inventory with detailed analysis._
- _Placing inventory purchase orders and tracking shipments._
- _Inventory Allocation and Forecasting. _
- _Performing extensive research on a wide range of inventory-related reports, from previous inventory reports to national purchasing trends._
- _Performing cycle counts._
- _Reporting inventory statistics to management and suggesting improvements to inventory control._
- _Coordinating with team members to resolve discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts._

**Education and/or Work Experience Requirements**:

- College Diploma or Degree or related work experience
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail
- Strong communication (written and verbal), organization and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Strong time management and multitasking skills and a great work ethic
- Must be energetic and fun to work with
- Must be PASSIONATE about their work

**Salary**: $40,000.00 per year
